Team Building activities

You would like to federate your teams, strengthen the links between your fellow workers, bring a bowl of oxygen to your seminar, EPS organisation is the specialist in cohesion and stimulation activities.
These activities are available anywhere in France, all year long, and can be customised to suit with your needs and expectations.


The Games Empire : The participants will face several tests. They will mobilise sleight, precision, synchronization and team spirit. The teams earn points at each activity and run for the final classification.

The Sports Olympiads : During the sport version of The Empire of the Games, you will practise mountain bike, Archery, or even Tyrolean traverse rope.

Rafts Construction : Recover the elements that you need to build your raft and get ready for a race on the lake! Ideal team building activity!

Sledges Construction : The winter version of rafts construction: you will have to build your own sledge to go down the hill!

Orienteering race : With a GPS or a compass and a map, you have to find the markers as fast as possible, and answer to the riddles! This activity can be practised either in summer, or in winter with snowshoes.

Adventure Tramp : You will face three sport activities: Orienteering race, Archery and mountain bike in summer, or snowshoes orienteering race, rifle shooting and local sledge race!

Urban Rally : Following a road book, riddles will guide you in this city scavenger hunt. You will go through cultural, gastronomic, touristy or playful activities in this pedestrian rally.

The Baujue adventure : Imagine a winter night in the mountain, with a GPS in hand and a flashlight. Follow the itinerary on your GPS to find an alpine chalet where you will share a typical diner of Savoy. You will end the evening going down the hill on a local sledge! Thrills guaranteed!!

Shooting challenge : These Olympiads are based on shooting and throwing activities : archery, clay-pigeon shoot, Polynesian lance, blowguns,... Precision and concentration are essential skills!

Medieval Challenge : Increase the team spirit of your crew with playful activities in a Middle Age contest : sword battle, challenge games, the druid potion,...
